You're minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you can find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment nightly. Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club is close by and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant. Bonnybrook Neighborhood Recreation Center is just a short golf cart ride and you'll find a swimming pool, if you are looking for more to do Churchill Street Recreation Center offers billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Laurel Manor Regional Recreation Center is close by as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated with a fun Florida theme and bright coastal colors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers, a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a high quality comfortable queen size bed for your guests enjoyment and a guest bath complete with towels and linens. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. 

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Great floor plan. Beautifully decorated. Clean! Golf cart handy. Would have liked to be a little closer to one of the squares. Short walk or golf cart ride to golf course, shuffleboard, pool, library, several standard restaurants: IHOP, Red Lobster, Publix Grocery, and other misc shops. Perfect property description. Would definitely recommend this property!

  We had a great holiday at 2319 Kenilworth Place. The house was very homely and inviting and having been to the villages numerous times over the years, (booking direct with their property centre) the house was the best equipped. We were also given the use of their golf buggy which was very useful after we took our hire car back.
