LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath designer home with a 2 car garage is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals including a breakfast nook. The dining room seats up to 6 comfortably making a great place to entertain your new and old friends! The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks.  The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  Of course there is a charming enclosed lanai where you will find comfortable seating to entertain your guests, a TV, as well as a table & 4 chairs for you to enjoy dining in the warm Florida sunshine.  It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This home comes complete and includes Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week.

    My wife and I rented this place as it suddenly became available in August 2021, from a lengthy waiting list we were on. We were anxious to get to Florida after missing last year because of COVID19. This was our first time vacation in The Villages. Our time at this home was one of mixed emotions. The owners of this property do not look after it like they should and we felt we paid too much by a least $1000 a month. Firstly, the house was not clean ie; dog hair in every room and under furniture, dirty dishes in cupboards, unusable cookware (it was replaced fully by Kevin the next day and the soiled cookware thrown out by Kevin), old and mismatched cutlery, evidence of dog urine on the spare bedroom bed cover, blood stains on same and no power vacuum on site. My wife cleaned the entire house, dishes and washed the soiled bedding. Frankly, the cleaning firm did not do their job!! A not so important point is the fact that it was the only house on the street without any bushes, shrubs or trees in the front. It looked barren! Also, we did not need a house this large (1900 sq ft). That covers the negative part of our stay. We took these issues to ERICA at Downhome office on March 23rd and she is investigating our complaints. She was very kind and understanding of our plight and we thank her. We loved the location, amenities in the Villages and the friendliness of the people and made new friends. We are considering booking our winter vacation again in the Villages in 2023. We prefer to rent within 2-3 miles of Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs areas. It is a wonderful area with great entertainment venues, retail shopping and restaurants closeby. In summary, the staff at Downhome Properties were extremely welcoming and provided top notch service.
