This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and a den home is located in the village of Pine Hill, one of the newest neighborhoods is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens, banking, restaurants and more. Moyer Recreation Center is minutes away, here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms and so much more! If a day poolside is in your plans you will also find the Pine Hills neighborhood recreation center only minutes away. When you're ready to do some golfing the Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and restaurant (open for lunch and dinner) is only minutes away. If all that doesn't keep you busy..you're minutes to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with warm relaxing colors and offers a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 50" flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The home has a split floor plan putting the guest wing on the other side of the house and can be closed off with a pocket door giving privacy to your guests.  The front bedroom is set up with 2 twin size beds and the second guest bedroom is set up with a comfortable queen size bed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. You will also find a den by the guest wing where you will find a comfortable sofa and desk if you are traveling with a little work. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. The back yard is fenced in so you will feel comfortable letting your small dog out to run around the back yard in the warm Florida sunshine!

This dog friendly home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We had a great time staying here as the house is very nice and has a fenced in yard. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the whole house was well furnished. It's close to 4 executive golf course and the Belle Glade Country Club.
