You're about 2 minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens, banking, restaurants and more. You are only minutes to Moyer Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts and so much more!. When you are ready to try your hand at some golfing the Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) are only minutes away. If all that doesn't keep you busy and you're looking for more activities..you're about 2 minutes to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with warm relaxing colors and offers a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 60" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The front guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed and the second guest room has 2 twin size beds. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. If you want to enjoy dinning in the warm Florida sunshine you will also find a chaise lounge in your private courtyard to curl up and take a nap!

This home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Nice place in good condition, only 3 years old. Convenient location, easy access from Miller Blvd. interior was clean and well maintained. Kitchen plates, glasses, flatwear, utensils, etc. we're an eclectic mix but useable. One comment, the house can sleep 6 but the dining table and the patio table only have 4 chairs each.
