You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. As you walk in you will quickly notice the view through the sliding glass doors over looks an oversize back yard and a beautiful preserve.   This home has not only an amazing view but it offers lots of privacy as well.  The privacy is not only found on the lanai but through out the house as well.  The bedrooms are spaced out nicely so if you are sharing your vacation with another couple you will never feel crowded. This home is EXTRAORDINARY and beautifully decorated with all new furnishings. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom is located off the back of the living room and has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms are set up with a comfortable queen size beds and the split floor plan and pocket door to the guest wing gives everyone the privacy they are looking for. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course the outside living space is just as extraordinary with a screened in lanai.  You will find a comfortable love seat and 2 chairs to kick your feet up and relax in the lanai while enjoying the quiet beautiy of nature.  You will enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice overlooking the nature preserve. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities with a glass of wine or a cold drink.

This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home is located in one of the newer neighborhoods. Lake Deaton is conveniently located near Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're a quick 5 minutes to Grand Traverse Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, restaurants & more. The Lake Deaton Neighborhood center is only 2 blocks away with an adult only pool. The Manatee Recreation Center is minutes away where you'll find a swimming pool, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, tennis & more. If a day of golf sounds like fun you are only minutes to either Evans Prairie & Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities you're about  5 minutes to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.

This home comes complete with WiFi internet access. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

    We enjoyed out time in the villages and the property managers were always receptive to my needs and questions. The kitchen could have been a little more stocked for cooking. Also a golf cart was left in the garage by the owners (not for our use) which should have been disclosed because we rented 2 carts and it would have been less crowded in the garage.

    Just back from 6 terrific weeks at Wine Palm Way. One of the best rentals we've had. The house is excellent, better than the photos; modern, clean, spacious and with absolutely zero ‘clutter’. Also a good location, close to the local ‘town centre’ (Brownwood) and with 3 Publix supermarkets in easy reach.
