Virginia Trace Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance if you are looking to spend an afternoon pool side. If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is a quick walk down the street. Here you will find billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and relaxing feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The dining room has comfortable seating for 6. The living room offers plenty of seating and a flat screen TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows or watch a movie. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom is set up with a king size bed and flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed if you need a little extra sleeping space. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo and is complete with towels and linens. Of course there is the charming screened in lanai which is set up with a table and seating for 4 making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. The well landscaped private back yard is like your own little oasis for you to relax & enjoy the sounds of nature. This home is set up for entertaining so invite your new friends over! 

This home comes complete with WiFi internet.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  The property and location were great. Everything in working order. Close to town center and the golf courses we like. Having a golf cart as part of the rental would have been a bonus, but we had a great time.

  We had a great month at the Villages. The villa was the perfect place to be part of the amazing Villages life style. The location was the perfect spot to take short walks and golf cart rides into the town center and recreational centers such as golf and swimming. The only part of the property that needs some attention is the courtyard around the patio. It needs some attention. That is the reason we scored a four on the survey. The inside of the house was spotless. It was a great place to stay.
