This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Santo Domingo is conveniently located close to the Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the El Santiago Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and TV for yoru guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai offers a bistro set perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day of fun. The private courtyard will be your new favorite spot! You will find on one side of the courtyard a table with seating for 6 and a BBQ grill and the other side of the courtyard has a beautiful Zen garden where you have complete privacy while relaxing after a busy day on the comfortable park bench.

This home comes complete and includes a gas Golf Cart, BBQ, and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We liked our stay very much,we had wonderful neighbors and the staff at Down Home Properties were great,they were ready to help us with any questions or concerns that we had.There was an influx of snow birds in January, so our home was not as clan as we would have liked, but the staff at Home Properties paid us for cleaning the home. they were so helpful with everything. We would recommend Home Properties to anyone that asked but not the home we stayed in.

  Pros:
  Great Location near the Villages. Gas golf cart was a bonus (Sadly we couldn't use it as it is only a two seater and there were three of us). Property was clean upon arrival. Outdoor area is GORGEOUS.
  Cons:
  Day 2 we noticed the ice maker was not working. I called the next day as it was after hours. Call was never returned. It was only two days later when I called to inquire about extending our stay that I got ahold of someone on my third call to Down Home Properties. I was told they got the message about the ice maker.
  During our stay, our dog’s toy rolled under the couch. I slid the couch out to retrieve it and was shocked by the amount of pet fur under the couch. I also found dated receipts from August (we stayed end of December). I went ahead and swept and mopped under the couch so not a big deal, but for an extra $150 pet cleaning fee I’m surprised the cleaners are not more thorough.

  The property was very convenient for two town squares. Disappointed that the property had no landline and if you are not American to use a cell phone is very expensive. This fact should be put in the write-up on the properties website especially for non- American visitors. There was no condiment utensils but on the whole the property was reasonably stocked. Golf cart was good. Yard would have benefitted from a tidy - up otherwise very nice but the barbecue needed a bit of a scrub. Overall not too bad, apart from the phone problem !!!!!

    Thank you for your review, next time you visit please let us know you wish for a landline phone and one can be added at an additional cost. We find our guests coming from other countries purchase a pre-paid cell phone to use while they are here visiting to reduce the costs. We hope to see you back again!

  We had a wonderful time visiting with old and new friends. So much to do in The Villages you will never be bored or looking for something to do
