You will find the neighborhood pool a short walk to La Belle North if a day in the sun is what you had in mind and you are only minutes to Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly pool when the grandkids stop by, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  When you are ready to try your hand at a round of golf Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing & a pro shop are just a block away.  After playing 18 holes check out their restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. This home was professionally decorated and offers an open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and the dining area seats 6 comfortably at the table and 4 counter stools make for plenty of room to entertain. The Living room offers comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closets, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and the den has a full size sleeper sofa if a little extra sleeping space is needed. The den is also set up with a small flat screen TV giving your guests a private spot to go relax. Don't forget to pack your lap top computer or tablet so you can stay connect to your friends & family back home on the Free WiFi. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with pool towels, extra bath towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the charming screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. 

This home comes complete with a gas BBQ grill, 4 SEATER GAS GOLF CART & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
