This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Duval is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Truman Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, large his & her walk in closets, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and TV for your guests enjoyment. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den/reading room with a pull out sofa for reading or your last minute overnight guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. From the dining area you step out into the screen enclosed lanai with seating for 4 and the BBQ grill. The outdoor living area is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. Don't forget to invite your new friends over to fire up the new gas grill for a barbecue before heading off to town square for a night of dancing and fun!

This home comes complete and includes a gas & an electric golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for your enjoyment.

  The location of this home is great. There are at least 18 golf courses within a 15 minute golf cart ride. The neighbors are friendly. The home could use a facelift and be updated with new sheets and bed covers so it looked nicer.

  Very nice, exceptionally clean, home with a well stocked kitchen. Watched NCAA Final Four games on large screen HD TV - was great! Five minute cart ride to Sea Breeze and Truman Recreation Centers and super easy cart ride on Canal Street to Sumter Landing. Lots of executive courses to choose from nearby.
