This beautiful home is located in the neighborhood of Rio Grande which is conveniently locate close to the Sharon Center, where world-famous entertainers and celebrities, as well as local talent performances and Spanish Springs Town Square.  With the summer polo and softball seasons starting you are only a 8 - 10 minute golf cart ride to all the action.  Area pools include the Family pool at Rio Grande and El Santiago Recreation Centers and the adult-only Savannah Sport and Springdale Neighborhood pools.  You will want to end your day at one of the town squares to enjoy FREE nightly entertainment.  Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs Town Center, each only a short golf cart ride away.  Over 1000 scheduled activities are available weekly for your enjoyment, but if that's not enough, Tampa & Orlando are only an hour's drive away (shuttle service available to and from Orlando International Airport). 

You'll feel right at home  the minute you open the front door.  This beautiful home has a bright open feel and is decorated with warm relaxing colors.  The living room has a flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for you and your friends to visit or just sit back and watch your favorite shows.

The master suite offers a comfortable king bed, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a linen closet full of towels.  The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large closet with the guest bath right next door.  The third bedroom has a daybed and trundle if you need a little extra sleeping space for the grandkids. 

The kitchen is very open with an eat-in breakfast nook and everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals, if you choose to cook. You will find many great restaurants throughout the community if dining out sounds like more fun.  The dining room is just off the kitchen and can seat 6 people comfortable so invite your new friends over for dinner.

Of course, much of your time will be spent outside enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine!  To complete your 'home away from home' the screened-in lanai has a table and seating for four and is ready for you to enjoy your morning coffee or juice while you are planning your day of fun activities. The lanai is also a great place for drinks before heading off to one of the town squares for dancing and FREE entertainment!

You will want to check out the Town Centers for shopping, dining, dancing or just relax and listen to the live music in the evening, you can jump in the golf cart that's provided 

This home comes complete with a golf cart & WiFi internet. You will be able to purchase 2 resident ID cards for $50 so you can enjoy the community as a resident. You will golf at resident rates, have access to the swimming pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, recreation centers and all the fun social clubs offered.

  An excellent experience in general, with very good response from Down Home when problems arose (e.g. the clothes dryer died). Some definite deficiencies in equipping, especially in the kitchen, where we had to purchase several basic items, as well as a clothes hamper and laundry basket. On the other hand, all the major appliances were excellent. Just as a suggestion, the home was clearly carefully decorated decades ago but is now extremely outdated. The look of the house would be greatly improved, and have a more modern look, even with just the removal of unattached items such as silk flowers and ivy, doilies, plastic centerpieces, and other dated decorative items. Still, we loved it. It was a very good experience in a very comfortable home.
