  The house at 421 Canterbury Ct. is in a great location. The house met most of my basic needs. However, the stay scored poorly with some other amenities. Most importantly, the golf cart. The golf cart was broken down most of the time. Requiring multiple repair visits, and never being reliable. When I left, the cart wouldn't go in reverse. It's a 2002. Another big issue is the wifi. One of my apps tested the speed at 8 - 11Gb. Entry level. Zoom calls would break up. It was really slow. For these reasons, I wouldn't rent 421 Canterbury again.

  Great location. Nice place w a great easy chair and a great tv package. I like to watch Big Ten basketball and the tv package had all the games. The electric golf cart needs a new battery I believe. It had trouble going up even moderate inclines. Overall, very good experience.

  On arrival we found the place tidy but however dirty,,,had to clean all the sinks I should say scrub them.There was garbage left in the garage and the garage could have been swept,a lot of leaves The golf cart was EXTREMELY slow, needs new batteries. wifi was good for two weeks, stopped working on our last day, didn’t look into that as we had to leave two weeks early(virus). With all that going on, we are very disappointed that there seems to be no compensation for having to depart early. We had to leave. A lot of the entertainment was cancelled as well(market squares, classes, polo matches etc...we did make ourselves at home, neighbourhood was nice. Very nice people around,,,,our friends homes they rented was gorgeous and for the same price.??????? Would like to return next year but will probably look at a different company for better options.

  The rental was great, except the golf cart needs new batteries. We loved the area so much that we bought a patio villa at 433 Canterbury. I can truly say we had the best winter ever.

  Very surprised to hear rats in the attic all month long. Apparently they are nocturnal as they kept us awake at night. Very creepy. Exterminator was very nice and tried his best to catch them. Home is outdated. Nice open layout in the villa. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors. Close to golf courses and Sumter Landing.

  When we got there I wanted to put my own sheets, when I took the sheet off the mattress cover had 3 stains the size of a grapefruit,I took off and washed it, cleaning brush and container for the bathrooms filty, one should be trown away, bugs at back of bed, sprayed Raid around wall and took cushions off the couch and sprayed next morning got in the kitchen big bug half dead and one crawling in the living room. Furniture very uncomfortable, carpet filty, I cleaned everything before I left I had everything shinny, Manager of Down Home said they would not charge me the cleaning fee. They were very apologetic, and very helpful they called the pest control, green off fence and house cleaned
  washed all matts (7)carpet needs to be clean and update furniture if I would of have to stay there for 3 months I would of been very unhappy
