If you're looking for more organized activities, Laurel Manor Regional Recreation Center is about a half of a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door to your home away from home. This beautifully villa has an open floor plan and boasts a bright open feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, large walk in closet and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed so your guests feel right at home as well. The screen enclosed lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. If you want to have your new friends over for a BBQ this home has a gas BBQ grill on the patio for your use.

This home comes complete and includes a 4 seat Golf Cart, gas BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  I loved having a 4 person golf cart ready for our use. No waiting for delivery or pick up.The house seemed spacious, with the kitchen being open to the living room and dining rooms.
  This house is in a great location. It is close to lake Sumter, groceries, gas and dining.
  We would definitely rebook.

  Home was nicely furnished and overall clean, although carpets needed shampooing. Nice quiet neighbourhood convenient to Sumter Landing and to shopping. Golf cart had no working lights, signals or brake lights, and so was unsafe to use. After discussion with property management, they arranged for a repair, and we were provided a loaner at no cost to us. It was disappointing to have been told initially that there was nothing they could do, but they did resolve the situation.
