The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center and about 5 minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. You will find the neighborhood pool 1 block away if a day in the sun is what you had in mind and you are only minutes to Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool when the grandkids stop by, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  When you are ready to try your hand at a round of golf Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing & a pro shop are just a block away.  After playing 18 holes check out their restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute ride to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and offers an open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds like fun. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedrooms eache have a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. Don't forget to pack your lap top computer or tablet so you can stay connect to your friends & family back home on the Free WiFi. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with pool towels, extra bath towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the charming screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. 

This home comes complete with 2 bikes and WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Beautiful home in a great location in The Villages, just a golf cart ride away from the rec centers, family pools, and Brownwood town center. Lake Sumpter town center is only 15 minutes away.
  Great golf cart community with well planned golf cart paths that take you to restaurants, shopping, and theaters. And of course, 666 holes of golf.

  This home provided everything we ever would want in a home. The decorating provided such a colorful and uplifting atmosphere. I want to copy her decorating style in my own home. The kitchen was well stocked for whatever cooking I did. There were plenty of towels. The lanai was a peaceful place to relax. All the people in the villages are friendly.   Property was very nice and clean. Only negatives were no TV's in guest bedrooms and no outside grill. Management Company was awesome. Would use them again without a doubt.

  The rental property has a great location close to Morse and off of Moyer Loop. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of people with dogs. The beds are so comfortable and lots of room to spread out. I was not so happy about the cable stations so if you like to watch tv this might not be the place to stay. My husband pulled a muscle and needed to stay off his leg and stretch it out after heat and cold.. for weeks. The fubo station that we were willing to pay extra for did not have ESPN.. a real draw back so be aware... again in January it was too cold to be out at night so the tv was missed by all of us...
