You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home.  This home was professionally decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and the dining room table seats 6 comfortably (8 with leaf) and the breakfast nook seats 4 making enough room to entertain your new friends!  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating including a power double reclining sofa for added comfort if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a sit down vanity & walk in shower.  The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The den has a comfortable sleeper sofa if you need a little extra sleeping space and a flat screen TV. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  And of course there's a stretched out screened in lanai with a table & 4 chairs for dining and to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice or enjoy the sunset at the end of a busy day of activities. You will love the comfortable sofa & love seat around the gas fire pit at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete and includes a gas BBQ grill, 2 bikes with helmets & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
