This beautiful home is situated in the southern end of the community, your location is ideal for enjoying all the activities in Brownwood Paddock Square, the newest of the three town centers. A short golf cart ride puts you in the heart of FREE nightly entertainment, restaurants, movies and shopping.  Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golf, pro shop and restaurant is only minutes away by golf cart, as is the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center offering organized activities such as arts and crafts rooms, tennis & pickle ball courts, billiards rooms, card/board game rooms, fitness pool and a fitness room. You are about 5 minute ride to the neighborhood pool and recreation center offering bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. OF course golf is everywhere with 30+ executive (par 3 & 4) courses and 12 championship golf courses.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The moment you open the front door you will fall in love with the decor and calming spa feel. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. One guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home and the other has 2 twin size beds (perfect if the grandkids stop by for a visit) and a flat screen TV.  The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with pool towels, extra bath towels and linens. Of course there is also a charming screen enclosed lanai with comfortable seating to enjoy your coffee or juice while you plan your busy day of activities or relaxing before you hit Brownwood Paddock Square for a night of dancing and live entertainment.

This dog friendly home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  The property was clean and well maintained, description accurate. Manager was very helpful. I would recommend it to a friend or relative. Property was located between Buena Vista and Morse about equal distance from either side. I enjoyed recreation centers closest me my location. They were Bradenton, Eisenhower and Manatee each offered about any activity you may be interestedi in. Easy access to Brownwood for restaurant and movie theater.
