Location, Location, Location! This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located in the desirable community of Virginia Trace. You can walk to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you will find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment nightly. Arnold Palmer Country Club is about a half of a mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant open for lunch & dinner. Virginia Trace Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance if you are looking to spend an afternoon pool side. If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is a quick walk down the street. Here you will find billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is professionally decorated with an open floor plan and relaxing spa like feel.  This home has beautiful hardwood floors through out the entire home making it easy to clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. If you like to cook you will enjoy this kitchen!  The dining room has a large table with comfortable seating for 6. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with a sound bar for you to enjoy your favorite shows or watch a movie. The inside laundry area also has half bath. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks and comes complete with towels and linens. Both of the guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The guest bath is complete with towels and linens. You will also find a bonus room off from the living room with a desk & pull out sleeper sofa if you need a little extra sleeping space. Of course there is the charming enclosed lanai which is set up with a table and seating for 4, heat & A/C, and a flat screen TV making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. This home is set up for entertaining so invite your new friends over! 

This Pet Friendly home comes complete with Golf Cart, bicycles, & WiFi internet.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

    A short walk to the neighborhood pool, a 5 minute cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing, 10 minute cart ride to Palmer Legends Golf Course. Bogart and Bacal executive courses are just down Canal too. Golf cart and 2 bikes made getting around easy. Master suite is really nice. The other 2 bedrooms each have their own TVs, as does the patio. Management was very responsive - sent someone over to change the refrigerator water filter promptly after we called to report filter light on. Overall, a great place if you want to be in a quiet neighborhood that's still close to all the action.
