You're about a 5 minute ride to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more.  And minutes to the Charlotte Neighborhood Recreation Center where you'll find an adult only swimming pool (age 30 or over), bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, Captiva Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, more bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  If you're looking for more  about a 5 minute ride to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.  

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home.  This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan.  The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The dining room table seats 6 comfortably making enough room to entertain your new friends!  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower.  The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV for your guests. The den has a comfortable sleeper sofa if you need a little extra sleeping space and desk if you are bringing work with you are looking for a place in the house to set up your lap top computer. Don't forget to send lots of pictures back home to your friends & family! The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  And of course there's a large screened in lanai with a table & 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice or enjoy the sunset at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident IDs card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Great house. Great location in The Villages. Home was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay. Centrally located so that we could easily get to all 3 Squares, shopping and restaurants.
