This beautiful home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Tall Trees. You're minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you can find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment nightly. Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club is about a mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant. Tall Trees Recreation Center is within walking distance. Here you'll find a swimming pool, if you are looking for more to do Pimlico Recreation Center offers billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Laurel Manor Regional Recreation Center is about a half of a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home has an open floor plan and boasts a bright open floor plan with a comfortable feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The dining room has seating for 6 and you will also find barstools at the kitchen bar, a great place for breakfast or lunch. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower, his & her sinks and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has bunk beds if the grandkids stop in for a visit. The guest bath is located between the two guest rooms and is complete with towels and linens. Of course there is a charming screened lanai with acrylic windows making this room an all season room and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. 

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  The home was very nice, clean and well appointed on the inside. Great location near shopping, Palmer and Lake Sumter. Disappointed and surprised that the two stall garage was so full of owner’s belongings and golf carts (which were not included) that we couldn’t even fit our car in the garage. Home had really no outdoor space other than their enclosed lanai facing north. No grill or outdoor space to enjoy grilling. Nice place if you don’t mind no outdoor space and limited garage parking.

  We were first very impressed with the house. It was roomy and is a great location. We only used 2 of the 3 bedroom the first month and thought the house was very clean. When we needed the 3rd bedroom for 3 nights the 2nd month, we discovered bugs and bug droppings in the mattress, around the mattress and in the corner by the end of the mattress.There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom and both bottom mattress's are setting on the floor. We found a dead bug and droppings on the other mattress on the floor also. My granddaughters couldn't sleep in the bedroom. When I contacted the rental agency, it happened to be after hours (by 7 minutes); I left a message, took pictures and send an email.This was on Saturday and wasn't contacted until Monday afternoon. Tiffany, the person I had to deal with was very rude and argumentative with me when I said I couldn't use one of the bedroom and felt some sort of compensation was in order because the house was not cleaned to expectations. She did send an exterminator to the house 5 days after I sent my email. He told me it was not bed bugs or lice (as we feared since we found a bug in my granddaughter's hair after sleeping on the mattress the first night. He said they were palmetto bugs/cockroaches. He sprayed the house and the mattress's. I closed off the room. 4 days later Tiffany informed me the terminator said it was lice and she had contacted the owner. She also said he told her I had 8 people staying in the house and I needed to pay more. I thought she had the wrong house since we never had 8 people in the house at any time. So I told her again that we were not able to use one of the rooms and still thought compensation was in order. She continued to argue with me. I don't know why she even called me. Since I was playing golf, I handed the phone to my husband and she was very rude to him and argued with him. She never sent anyone to clean that room during our remaining days.

  Very clean, excellent sleeping arrangements, close to grocery and Town Square,pool, etc. property management company very helpful. Lacking was a grill, very limited sport Chanel’s and golf cart, for those reasons would not rent this property again.
