Location, Location, Location....This beautifully decorated home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of MALLORY SQUARE where you're surrounded by golf courses and recreation centers. You're less than five minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square by golf cart where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. When your ready for some Fun in the Sun, Coconut Cove Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, tennis & pickleball courts, and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with fun bright colors and has an open yet cozy feel. The kitchen is the highlight of this beautiful home with stainless steel appliances, beautiful counter tops, tile floor and a large center island with seating for 8, along with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a nice flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed that adjusts to your comfort level, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower & his & hers sinks, and a separate water closet. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable twin size beds that can be pushed together to make another king. If you need a little extra room for over night guests you will find a comfortable full size murphy bed in the den along with a desk. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with towels and linens.  I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai as it is set up with comfortable seating and a table. The courtyard has beautiful landscaping with mature trees offering lots of privacy and an additional screened in outdoor seating area and can be accessed just off the master suite. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book and relaxing. It's also a great place to sit with your new friends over a cold beverage before heading off to the free nightly entertainment at one of the Village Squares.  

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, bicycle, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

    Our 5th year renting in The Villages, trying different neighborhoods to see where we want to purchase our retirement home. The location of this home is great, the wi-fi was fast and reliable, but everything else was a huge disappointment. We would NEVER rent this home again. Almost everything inside / outside the home is aged and at the end of its useful life. The appliances and fixtures are not maintained. By example – linens, which we learned are provided from a linen service, and blankets where worn and of very low quality, we bought a replacement set on Amazon after our first night. Drain in the kitchen sink and second bathroom were slow to drain, to the extent you ended up standing in a pool of water after your shower. Kitchen was poorly equipped, and what was there was worn, dirty and even rusted. The kitchen had no staples, not even salt or pepper. Garbage disposal did not work. Coffee pot so old and dirty but replaced by the management company within a few days (No Keurig, just your “landlord special” $25 Mr Coffee). Freezer started leaking water after our 3rd day and ultimately iced over to the point it would not maintain temperature. Management company sent in an appliance repair company who took it out of service for 24 hours but did provide a cooler to save our food. We learned that this was an ongoing issue. Broken chair in the foyer, damage to kitchen counter, broken shelves in kitchen cabinets, loose kitchen faucet, lights that did not work, old outdoor furniture, weeds growing all around in the rear yard, no propane BBQ grill. Also had an issue with the garage door randomly opening, we found out from the neighbor that his remote was also opening our garage, and he was kind enough to reprogram both ours and his to fix this problem. Clearly a combination between an owner who has no interest in investing in their rental property and a management company that has staffing issues and no attention to detail that lead to our very d

    Nice house and great location ! Lanai furniture cushions were filthy ! Not having a barbeque is ridiculous in Florida with a nice big outdoor patio!
    Master bedroom shower floor filthy as well and Down home could not find time to clean it !

    We would not stay here again. Ripped padding on all bar stools, rusty outdoor table (to a point where it ripped my shorts), dirty dark tile in the kitchen, unkept backyard, no hood vent- just open wires hanging down & an open wire electrical box dangling inside the kitchen cabinet to power the bar fridge & track lightening that wasn’t operational.
