The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. And minutes by golf cart to Bradenton Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more  about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The eat-in kitchen table seats 4 comfortably, you will also find a couple of barstools at the kitchen bar. The Dining room table seats 6 comfortably adding up to lots of seating for entertaining your new friends. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your over night guests and the 3rd bedroom is set up as a den with a desk for you to use. Don't forget to pack your Ipad or laptop computer to keep in touch with your friends and family back home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. You can fire up the new gas BBQ grill and invite your friends over for a great meal before heading off to Brownwood for your FREE nightly Entertainment.

This home comes complete with landline phone, WiFi internet & a Golf Cart. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  1) beautifully & comfortably decorated.
  2) top of the line appliances throughout

  We rented this home in the beautiful village of Gilchrist which was only a 5-10 min ride to Brownwood square. The checkin process through Dhp was quick and efficient. The home was very clean, had plush bath towels, inside easher/dryer. Also enjoyed the oversized labia with beautiful tropical view. Golf cart was very nice and enjoyed having it to drive to several of the golf courses. A/c went out near end of our stay. Called Sho and they sent someone right out and it was fixed same day. Very nice and helpful office to deal with. Would definitely rent through them again.
