This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa is located in The Village of Collier, one of the newest Village neighborhoods. The Village of Collier is conveniently located within a mile of Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of The Villages. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute drive to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. And minutes to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find a billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  Evans Prairie Country Club is just minutes away and offers championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. (If you choose to  are so many wonderful restaurants in The Villages) The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & 4 chairsfor you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages before heading out to the square for nightly entertainment.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection. With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the Villages lifestyle.

    We were well satisfied with our rental home and our experience and with Down Home Property Management. The people at DHPM are very helpful and attentive to our questions and any issues that may come up before, during and after our visit to the Villages. As a result of our experience the last two years we have recommended DHPM to a number of our friends and one couple rented a home in 2019 and plans to do so again in 2020. In fact, we have rented another property thru DHPM for April, 2020, as well.

    Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom linens very good. Bedding(pillows,linens and blankets ) so-so. The golf cart situation was not good. We where without a cart for a total of eight days. Five days at the beginning of our stay and three at the end of the month.

    very nice place, is very clean. Has wi-fi and a golf cart that runs good. The rental has everything you need linens, towels etc. The kitchen has a coffee pot, toaster,crockpot,blender and a good assortment of kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a hairdryer. This unit is very comfortable.
