Location, Location, Location! This beautiful home is located in the neighborhood of Poinciana where you're surrounded by golf courses and recreation centers. Cane Garden Country Club is about a mile away and offers Championship golf and has one of the most popular country club restaurants. You're a little over a mile to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Poinciana Neighborhood Recreation Center is a quick ride. Here you'll find a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Your also within walking distance to Allamanda Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home offers a private back yard that is beautifully landscaped giving the lanai a relaxing atmosphere. This home is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors through out the home and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating (the sofa will pull out to make a queen size bed) and a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Pass through the French doors from the living room to the Florida room where you will find more comfortable seating. The Florida room is a great place to curl up with your favorite book or take a nap. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closets, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and comes with towels and linens. The front guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed. The den is set up with full size futon as well as a desk so bring your laptop computer or tablet to stay in touch with family back home. If you need a little more sleeping space you will find a comfortable sleeper sofa in the Florida room along wit a flat screen TV. The guest bath is roomy and has a tiled tub/shower in it with glass doors. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene setting. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing sounds of nature. You will also a patio table and 4 chairs to enjoy dining on the lanai.

This Pet Friendly home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Gorgeous villa in a nice neighborhood, not far from Lake Sumter Landing. I had some difficulty with the Property Mgmt Company but was able to connect with a super helpful team member and my issues were resolved quickly. Kitchen is VERY WELL stocked for cooking while on vacation here. And of course, being pet friendly was a huge bonus, plenty of yard for my doggies to run, all fenced in and secure.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was clean and very spacious and comfortable. The yard with the swing and peace frogs was a bonus! The kitchen was equipped with nice dishes and everything you need to cook. There was plenty of nice clean towels and bedding . Staying here two months went so fast !   We stayed here 1/2/19 through 1/30/19. The house is in a perfect location: lots of golf courses close by, an easy walk to a large pond, and Cane Gardens Country Club is very close (they have a great restaurant). The neighbors were very friendly. The house was very clean and in very good condition, with plenty of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, and a nice gas grill. The enclosed back yard has a lot of grass. We loved the house and are planning to stay there again in January 2020!
