You're less than a mile to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Sable Trace Neighborhood Recreation Center is a quick golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Your also within walking distance to Largo Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors through out the home and has an open airy feel with the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. This home was made to Entertain! The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and private bath with a tub/shower in it. The screened lanai and private courtyard are perfect for many hours relaxing to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or the perfect place to dine with friends before heading off to the FREE nightly entertainment at one of the Town Squares. 

This amazing dog friendly home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

  We had a lovely stay in this home. The home had everything we needed, the owners stocked it well. Beds we’re comfortable and home was clean. The golf cart was not your basic cart, very nice. BBQ grill was great. Loved seating out in the screened in Patio.

  The following conditions existed at check-in:
  
  • Both outdoor grills (the gas grill in the alleyway, and the electric in the lanai) are in horrible shape. Neither had been cleaned and the gas grill is in serious disrepair. We did not use.
  
  • The slider leading to the alleyway (alongside the dining table) has two issues. 1) The vertical blind is missing two slats. They are in the master bedroom closet on the floor. 2) The screen has six or seven holes near the bottom.
  
  • The doorbell does not work. (A landscaper tried to use it to warn about work near our parked car. Fortunately I heard his power saw outside.)
  
  • A ceiling bulb is burned out over the dishwasher, and one of the two bulbs under the microwave is out.
  
  • Oven: Cleaner was sprayed in but wiped out only halfway back. Did not use for fear of toxic fumes.
  
  • The overhead light in the master closet is very dim—not conducive to selecting clothing.
  
  • The dark colored table lamp in the master bedroom is loose and rickety.
  
  • There are no dustpan and brush that we could find, nor is there a toilet brush in the guest bathroom.
  
  • The ironing board will not stay up.
  
  • The golf cart instructions in the garage and in the guest book refer to an electric cart, not the gas cart which has been there both last year and this year.
  
  • The bushes (front, side, and back) have been neglected and are sorely in need of trimming.
  
  A number of these deficiencies existed when we were in this property last year (dirty grills; the slider blind; the golf cart information; ironing board problem; missing cleaning implements, etc.). It was disappointing to find that they had not been corrected.

  A typical villa property centrally located in the Villages, near Lake Sumter Landing. The home is well appointed with all necessities. The decor is pleasing while not what could be considered "plush".
