This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom Dog & Cat Friendly home is located in one of the most sought out neighborhoods. Santo Domingo is conveniently located close to Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute ride to a number of shopping centers where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. When you are ready for some activities the El Santiago Recreation Center is only minutes away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. If a day a golfing is more your interest you are just minutes to Hacienda Hills Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more you are about a 5 minute ride to the Savannah Regional Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, live entertainment and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you are entertaining friends and family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower.  One guest bedroom has a comfortable queen murphy size bed & TV and the other has a twin size daybed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Arrived to find pee stained mattress pads and pillows in both beds, no blankets, home smelled, mold on kitchen blind, big stain on carpet as you enter front door (I cleaned), toilet broke, shower hand held sprayer and no way to attach, toilet seat cover 1/2 yellow due to age. Old, tired, needs updating.
