The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The den is set up with a comfortable love seat and a 42" flat screen TV and also has HD channels and DVR service. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels, pool towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a love seat and chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Down Home Property was great to deal with. Perfect location and spacious house. The only real negative was the carpeting that was very dirty and require cleaning. Gas grill was disgustingly dirty.
  Would consider staying again if carpets are cleaned. Having a usable outside grill would be a plus.

  We loved the location. The neighborhood was lovely; peaceful and tranquil, with beautiful homes and lush landscaping. We were close to the square and all the amenities, shopping, restaurants, everything you would need. The house was large and very well appointed; smart TV, nice lanai, big shower and lots of counter space, bath and kitchen. We would stay there again.
