This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Santo Domingo is conveniently located between Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute golf cart ride to La Plaza Grande Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, many clothing shops, restaurants and more. You are only minutes to El Santiago Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. When you are ready to do some golfing head on over to Hacienda Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. If you're looking for more activities...you're about a 10 minute golf cart ride to either Savannah Center or La Hacienda Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The dining area seats up to 6 comfortably and includes a small TV for some background noise or if you like to cook along with your favorite cooking shows. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just relaxing after a busy day with your favorite book. The Florida room, located just off the dining area is also set up with plenty of comfortable seating and includes a flat screen TV to keep up with your favorite shows or catch up on the news. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, TV, a large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai has comfortable seating to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or enjoy dinner outside!

This home comes complete with a Golf Cart & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Rented for 2 months. Location was good. Owner manual was excellent. House is aging badly. Needs new flooring. Golf cart was a disgrace!! Tape on windshield, sides putties fixing holes, the plastics sides did not stay with the Velcro & it did run but slow! House was dirty. Property Mgr was great. Came right away when we found a leak in Master Bath on check in. Had carpet shampooed within a week. Lots of $$ for subpar dwelling. Would not rent again

  This Cardona Way house is conveniently located to El Santiago recreation center and its 2 golf courses and large fishing pond. The quiet street and screened lanai offered peaceful relaxation. Although the kitchen was older, it had the basics needed. The master bedroom was large and comfortable.
