Arnold Palmer Country Club is about a half of a mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant. Edgewater neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance if you are looking to spend an afternoon pool side. If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is just minutes away. Here you will find billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with soft, airy colors, all new furniture and has vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. Both of the guest bedrooms have a high quality comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home.  The guest bath is complete with towels and linens as well as pool towels. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa is perfect...you have privacy walls to give you the feeling of being in your own private world. 

This home comes complete with BBQ grill, 2 bikes & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Very nice home. Pleasant neighbors. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, including beach towels, new grill on patio. Chaise lounges would be a nice addition to outdoor patio. Guest bath shower would benefit from an increase in water pressure.
