You're about a 10 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center and about 10 minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. You will find the neighborhood pool a short walk away if a day in the sun is what you had in mind and you are only minutes to Burnsed Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool when the grandkids stop by, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  When you are ready to try your hand at a round of golf Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing & a pro shop are a short ride away.  After playing 18 holes check out their restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The den has a comfortable sleeper sofa & a desk if you need a little extra sleeping space or a quite room to curl up with your favorite book. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra bath towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the charming screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. 

This home comes complete with Bikes & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
