You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with warm inviting colors and offers a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 65" flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in roman shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and the other guest bedroom is set up with a sleeper sofa if you need a little extra sleeping space and a desk. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a sofa & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

    The home was beautiful inside and out. Great location close to pool. We enjoyed the screened porch which had shades and a ceiling fan. Huge tv in family room and also one in master bedroom. Ultimate walk in shower in master bath. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Bed was comfortable. We had to replace shower rod in guest bath because it fell off the wall and we could not put it back. Other than that perfect stay.

    Great House! Well furnished.Beds are a little on the soft side. Overall had everything we needed and a little more. Wish it had included a golf cart. The ouse location was very handy to several Executive courses and to Publix. This was an opportunity to learn about the southern half of The Villages.
