If you're looking for more organized activities, Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with warm inviting colors, all new furniture and has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 49" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. Both of the guest bedrooms have a high quality comfortable queen bed for your guests to feel at home.  The guest bath is complete with towels and linens as well. The lanai is where you will spend most of your time! You will want to relax each morning with a coffee or tea while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends at the end of a busy day before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa is perfect...you have privacy walls to give you the feeling of being in your own private world. 

This dog friendly home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
